There are many opportunities to help our school be ALL it can be! There are ways you can help from home, in your child’s classroom, or during events that benefit each and every child in the building.
There are So Many Ways to Help!
Volunteer directly with the kids.
There are several events during the year where the school just needs a few volunteers to help the kids: Hearing and Vision Screening, Picture Days, Flu Clinic, Duty-Free Lunches, and Book Fairs. These are easy ways to help out and get to know the kids too!
Make our guests feel welcome.
The Trace Crossings PTO also helps out with several events throughout the year where we are hosting visitors (or new parents!) like Tears and Cheers, Veteran’s Day, Friends & Family, Career Day, Finley Reception, and Kindergarten Kickoff.
Show appreciation to the school staff.
There are Teacher Appreciation events in the fall and spring plus Bus Driver Appreciation during January.
Want to play a more active role?
Sign-up to help hand out hot chocolate at Polar Express Day, help Santa at Breakfast with Santa, or work a station at Race for Trace or Field Day. It’s worth it for the smile on the kids’ faces!
Throughout the Year

Throughout the year, we need help with all kinds of school events and fundraising efforts, big and small. Watch for emails and social media posts prior to each event for sign-up information. Or contact us to ask how you can help. We can’t do it without YOU!
